We are dry and safe. Hurricane Harvey packed a punch. The massive cleanup and recovery effort is now starting. Hopefully I'll have a better idea of how things are going to settle out in the next several days. I'm still very interested in the car. I just need to make sure no big unforseen financial things are going to impact us first.

Yes, but except for the dry sump (which you don't need if you don't track it), I consider it as good as (maybe better) than any stock GS with all the upgrades (carbon fiber hood and fenders, and 3 pc forged wheels. MGW shifter, Borla exhaust).

Probably your fine in a C6. Maybe not a C7, they are tighter.

I'm 6'2" and 260 and fit just fine, Very comfortable.

I had the C4 bug until I climbed into one today. I'll find a C6 tomorrow and check it out.
