I've seen an offer refused at 55k cash from a seemingly serious buyer, but the title says 47,500. What is the price at this point, just to update? Amazing looking car, just trying to figure out if I can consider making an offer or no.

useless random comments
Dear Moderator,
Is is possible to delete all the comments that are not related to, nor helpful in the selling of this car?
Maybe it's just me but I thought you could offer a Vette for sale, state a price that was determined by you the seller, and accept any offer you choose.
Also, change your asking price up or down as you deemed necessary without the useless psychological diagnosis by the viewers.
If this posting for my ZO6 has broken any rules please advise me and I will correct them and will apologize to the readers.
But for now, the current asking price for this beautiful example of ZO6 in tankengines opinion is extremely reasonable and also currently (firm).
thank you

Not only for common courtesy to the fellow forum member, but also because it's the smart thing to do, as even if you won't accept the offer you can still open up to negotiations.

Simple explanation: The car has been listed for sale for approx 16 months and the seller has lowered the price several times and has updated the title of the thread.

apologies
And maybe it's just me, but if someone is "selling" a vehicle and they receive a reasonable offer, (I think $50k was PLENTY reasonable) they should reply to the person.

It was not intentional.

I don't know the specifics on the valve train problems. I do know that my ZO6 has five years and 100,000 miles warranty on the drive train.
I also have an extended warranty GMPP. It is transferable, it is extendable.
MY GMPP plan expires mid June of this year.
There are many on this forum that can elaborate further about this valve train issue you mention.
Hope this helps

*** UPDATE: He did get back to me and confirm new price is what he wants. A little out of my range for what I am going to build, but seems like a nice car no less.
