FS: 2009 ZR1 Victory Red, 3ZR, with warranty!
I have a 2009 ZR1 for sale in Clovis, CA. Stock except for mild to wild switch. 23500 miles. Immaculate condition. Mechanically 10 out of 10. Flawless, perfect running car. Interior 10 out of 10. Zero scratches, tears, dings, etc. Paint 9.9 out of 10. I am getting a Z/28, was at the dealer the other day. He couldn't believe this was a 2009. Said it was the cleanest C6 he's ever seen. You just have to see it in person.
Never tracked or raced. Never driven in the rain. Lives in my garage, only ever touched by micro fiber cloths and Chemical Guys eco wash and Nano shock.
I am shown as the 6th owner on Carfax, but the guy I bought it from got it from his father in law so I'm the 3rd owner. Not sure why Carfax shows up that way?
Brand new Continental Extreme DW tires (non run flats). Less than 1000 miles on them. I hated the Michelin Pilot SS, too rough. These are night and day smoother driving tires.
The warranty is a full Platinum GMEPP extended warranty ($100 deductible), good until June 2018.
I also have a carbon fiber engine cover which will be installed.
Doing one and only price drop to $56000. This is my floor.
PM me if interested.

I think as owners we are all a little biased towards our cars and probably think they're worth more then they actually are, but whoever buys this car is getting one of the most cherry ZR1s anywhere.... I would put this up against any ZR1, any year, any miles, no matter how low. That is how clean this thing is. Plus it has new tires and a full warranty! I thought my phone would be ringing, but I guess I misjudged the market a bit.

Drifting
2500 miles away shouldn't have a bearing on it. I purchased my 95 ZR-1 before in Boston and shipped it back to CA. My 2010 ZR1 came from CT as well. Both times it was 3000 miles away. Just put it on a transporter and it will arrive a little over week.

I hear you, I have shipped my previous two cars from the NE, costing about $1200 for enclosed shipping. This one however would be closer to $3k. That's a chunk of change.

I love when guys do this.... "Man if I were closer"....
If a man has $56K to buy a ZR1.. He should certainly have $3K to get it shipped to him. I am sure that if you offered the seller $54,500 cash splitting the difference he would be all over it!
I found my 08 C6Z in upstate NY.... I live in Dallas TX... I made an honest offer and the guy accepted. I paid $1600 to have it trailered (enclosed) down here... As a caveat, I had a guy from Dayton Ohio buy my C5Z... No jerking around wasting peoples time.
GLWS..... Hopefully someone will post here that is genuine.

the car is beautiful. the price is great. The carfax owner numbers are scary - i'd be after them to fix that

Yeah, I thought about that when I bought the car. After spending basically the entire day with the previous owner I had such implicit trust in him that I didn't question it, and the car was in such fantastic shape that it really didn't sway me too much. It is definitely one of those things that as a buyer I would have a lot of questions about. That's part of the reason I got the warranty, so any fears about potential issues would be softened by the fact that the car is covered should anything go wrong. I have a very strong potential buyer, very serious, Corvette guy who clearly knows what he's talking about. Bringing the car to him next Friday. All I can do is show him the car, show just how exceptional it is, and at that point it's his call. After owning the car I know that it's in absolutely fantastic shape, both mechanically and cosmetically.

That carfax issue happened to me once. I bought the car from a guy that owned the car outright, and later put a lien on it. When he added the lien, the carfax showed a new owner. To carfax's credit, they fixed it pretty quickly.

Of note, I think I have the car sold. Very serious buyer, given me a deposit and I'm bringing him the car on Friday. However, until I have $ in the bank there's always that chance so I'll continue to fill this thread. Interior pics coming soon.....

So I wanted to add these pics to put an exclamation point on how cherry this car is. You would ask, "Why add pics of the ZR1 logo on the bottom door frame?" This shows how clean this thing is. Zero blemishes anywhere on either side......I went and looked at a Z/28 here in Fresno. 400 miles on the car, so essentially brand new. The logo on the bottom of the door frame was peeling off a little on both the driver and passenger side. Not a big deal at all, easily fixed, but it made me think about the little things that enthusiasts look for when buying a car like a ZR1. The same things I looked for. Are things, even small things, peeling off, or stained. I know every inch of this car, front to back, top to bottom. There are two tiny spots on the left door where it looks like there might have been a small rock chip and when they touched it up they used red paint that was very slightly different than the actual victory red. I would take a picture and show it, but it's so small I can't get the camera to pick it up. You have to put your face 6 inches from the car to even notice and I would have to point it out to you because you can't see it from any normal distance just looking at the car. That's it, that is literally the only issue on the entire car that I would point out to a prospective buyer (why I list the paint as 9.9 out of 10). I had a buddy at work the other day who saw the car, doesn't know anything about Corvettes. He didn't believe my car was a 2009. Literally didn't believe it. He said, "But it looks brand new, like you just bought it from the dealer." No joke folks, this car is the real deal.

Here are interior pics. I had some up earlier but they were too large, these are much better for looking at on a computer. Zero issues with stitching on the entire interior. Not a single stitch is ripped or frayed.

So I have a very strong buyer lined up who has given me a deposit on the car. I'm bringing it to him on Friday. I can't fathom a reason he won't buy the car so I think it's as good as sold, but nothing is ever 100% so I'll keep this post up until I have $ in the bank. Update on Friday.
