Indianapolis, sorry I just updated the post.

All of the work was done by previous owner. I bought the car through a dealership so I do not have records of the cars history. I did take it into a local shop to confirm the heads have been fixed.

The car has been tuned for intake and headers,
Not sure who did the heads and the brakes are 6-Piston 15" brake system
