You're welcome, wish I lived closer!
Wish I lived closer to DC and you would have sold a car by now! When I was 6 we moved from Tulsa to Falls Church when my father worked at the U.S. Patent Office in DC, moved home the following year but if I still lived there I would have come by and driven this car home by now, my favorite color combo of all the Corvettes, especially in a C6!
Good luck with the sale!

No "crashes" of which I'm aware but the car was bumped by a neighbor which meant repair to the left front fender and some finishing work including paint. This was done at a high end shop in Bethesda and the car looks perfect.
The exhaust is stock and there no dashboard lights.
I don't know if the clutch is original and Criswell can't help. Their service advisor said it's not unusual for the clutch to last 100k miles or more if driven sensibly, and this car has been driven sensibly. There is no slippage or any other sign of clutch failure. Sorry I can't do better.
To the best of my knowledge--and based on Criswell's evaluation at an oil change a couple of years ago--there are no suspension concerns. The tires are good and the brakes were replaced when I bought the car about 4 years ago.
I am unaware of any issue with the harmonic balancer and Criswell has not alerted me to any. I wasn't aware that this was a weak spot with 2006's.
Finally, there is an outstanding TSB/recall related to the targa top. In fact, my car does NOT need a replacement/repair--per Criswell, the clear tops are not a problem. But they can't clear the recall from their computer (as it's not been done). That said, they told me there is nothing TO BE DONE.
Hope that helps. You are more than welcome to arrange for a PPI. I'm happy to work with you re: getting the car to a shop, and can bring it to the dealer or recommend some shops locally. Or others on CF may be able to.
