Budget is definitely under 40k, would prefer closer to 30k, but depends on whether heads have been addressed, or other mods. I'm all about finding the right car for a fair price.
Color isn't that important to me, but black is hard to keep clean and I don't currently have a garage for it.
Modifications are okay, but would prefer something not over the top loud where my neighbors will want to murder me!

We have one that fits your description. It a really clean, 23K mile 06 in Victory Red with NAV, polished wheels, and the 2LZ package for $37,995. We did perform a complete valve guide to stem clearance check on this for the previous owner and no issues or concerns were found. I have an 06 LMB with chrome wheels. A few mods, Haltech CAI w/beehive, lowered on stock bolts, tires are one year old, Lloyds mats front and back, MSD wires, 160 stat, M2W, MGW shifter, insulated trans tunnel, updated center console (black), all fluids changed a month ago (trans, diff, oil, coolant, clutch, brake). Heads are fine, you are welcome to have them checked. Miles are a bit higher than what you want (67K) but I'm only asking $30K. Car is in excellent condition inside and out. Meticulously maintained.
