Thank you kstine98. Its a beautiful car! Strangely, I have never goten over my fear of messing it up! Where we live the roads are terrible..... they are rough and patched and lots of construction dump trucks dropping rocks everywhere. I thought I would drive it to work on nice days but last spring they had cut the grass at the office where I work and when I came out in the afternoon there was dirt on it from the leaf blower..... I haven't taken it to work since. I thought I would drive it on the weekends but my twin turbo Chevelle has been way too fun. The corvette just sits there. It needs a good detain and a loving home. I have never had anything this nice and can't seem to relax when I take it out. I bought it in January 2016 put maybe 2000 miles on it that year...... only 100-150 miles on it in 2017. In June my wife and I took it to dinner and came out to find an identical Centennial parked next to us....

I got the same ride but in a manual, Long tubes, CAI and custom tune. I thought for sure it would sell pretty quick. But as I look around there are a ton of C6's on the market and a handful of the Centennial cars. I haven't even got one inquiry on my car its been listed for several months now.
Good luck with the sell!

Last spring I got off work and walked out to the Grand Sport and found that the guys cutting the grass had blown grass and dirt all over the car. I took it home, washed it, and never drove it to work again. Now I drive my beat up old truck. In my opinion, this car needs a cam and exhaust, maybe a converter, maybe a blower and drive it to hangouts on the weekend. Maybe shows, maybe a drag strip now and again...... because as mean as they look it ought to be fast as **** to boot........ Thing is, I have another car for that! I'm 45 years old and have had my 1971 Chevelle since 14. It now has twin turbos and I drive it to hangouts on the weekend and the occasional drag strip. This Grand Sport is an amazing car but its just not for me..... I've thought about a CTS-V or a newer Camaro but I would be in the same boat! I think I just enjoy having a "beater" as a daily driver........ And if it doesn't sell.... It will stay in the garage and come out for the occasional date night (my wife really likes it). Good luck with yours!
Mike
