2010 Corvette Grand Sport 6-speed manual with LT1 package never modified and very clean inside/out with only 31K miles and asking $35,450 or best offer. Pink slip in hand with clean title no accidents, 2-owners (VIN: 1G1YP2DW1A5101876)

Does this have the dual mode exhaust? Do all GS cars have that?

Dual-Mode exhaust is a fairly rare option, as well as magnetic-ride control. Both options were about $1900 each on the GS I think?

I can tell by looking immediately it has neither.

Tip. If u look at the exhaust and the center two pipes are darker than the outer ones it has NPP

Yes this does have the factory NPP dual mode exhaust. It has the butterfly valves and you can see both center exhaust are black indication of NPP.
