I agree... it is funny. And he should expect it. I've only sold a few things on CL and there are so many tire-kickers and time-wasters... I understand his sentiment.

That car, at that price, will sell quickly... IF it is really in the as-described condition. Pics never tell the whole story (for better or worse).

If you're serious, yes, it is. Methanol injection is commonly used in forced induction applications. It absorbs heat and vaporizes, which causes the cylinder temperature to drop, which allows you to run more boost without pre-detonating. Water injection is also a thing, which has the same "cylinder cooling" concept, however methanol provides some energy while absorbing heat, vs water is inert and just absorbs heat.

Beautiful car, excellent price! If I had seen this two months ago, I might have had to make a trip to Big D. I'd be afraid this is a grenade ready to explode, with those mods. If it's as described, it will sell quickly.

Yeah, 700whp and a car you drive on the street a lot is tough. I still always run radials, but the car is a weekend toy. Living in south FL means it can rain any moment though, and has made for some very interesting drives that make me wish I had a better rain tire on it. But... It's worth the trade off of being to actually hook when it's dry.
