To the OP... don't pay any attention to the Douche sacks and their negative comments.
Haters are always going to hate. All that being said.. $48.9K is ALOT! Even w the mods, it being an 09 3LZ to boot. That asking price is steep... I'd say jump on that $42K cash offer.
I too have spent more money modding the car than I would ever get out of it. Mine is an 08Z 3LZ same interior as yours ($10K option). Mine only has 27K miles... If someone offered me $42K I think I would take it. Hell, my hood, catback alone are almost$8K....

I'm a little bit surprised at the amount of hate this community has shown me. If you don't like the price, move along, nobody is forcing it on you right? Besides it does say OBO, meaning I am open to offers and even trades!
I hear what you're saying on the cost, but in my situation I am:
1. Not hurting for cash
2. Not in a rush to sell. I love this car, and will still gladly drive it once in a while. It is my only stickshift currently.
3. Have a safe place to store it. It's not going to depreciate much more 4. It is more about the principle really, than about the money. I invested alot of my time, and obviously alot of money into this VERY recently, with invoices and reputable company to back me up. This isn't BS. Somebody is gonna get a SCREAMING car that gets a ton of positive attention (everywhere but this forum) and will be worry free about any bugs as it is backed by a reputable shop.
I think the first person to come see this car in person will absolutely pay me close to my asking price. It may not be from this forum, but I thought i'd post it here as well anyway. I have it posted on other car selling domains as well..

Love the wrap and the spoiler! I think this will bring 45. Good documented mod list done by reputable shops. This is ready to drive. good luck with sale!

What a great car! The wrap is is perfect, mods are just right and done by AHP which should give a buyer a great deal of confidence in the build. Nice job on the pictures btw. Will this car pass Ca emissions?
