2008 C6 Powerglide Swap, ERL 427 engine, Ysi Blower, 940 whp for $40,000
Priced at $40,000
2008 C6 with RPM Powerglide swap, ERL 427 forged engine (M1 package), Alky Control meth kit, Cartek flip drive, DeWitt's cut down radiator, dual Spal fans. The Powerglide swap is from RPM Transmission and includes driveshaft, axles, and hubs rated for 1200-1500 HP. ***I recently had Advanced Modern Performance (AMP) in Grand Prairie do $10,000 in work in May 2017, including a new tune....made 940 whp and runs VERY well on 20 psi.*** The rear diff is an RPM Quaife stage 4, 3.42 gears.
Kooks 2" headers, DeWitt's radiator with dual Spal fans are 1 year old.
The car also has Mast 305 cylinder heads.
This car does have the AC condenser removed for better air flow & cooler temps....oil temps while cruising are 180-190* in summer, and 210-215* after going WOT (in Texas), coolant temps are similar. You can easily replace the AC condenser (part is $150) and reconnect AC for use. I preferred to have the car running at its coolest.
car at idle:

It's a C6 Z diff core with RPM upgrades, the Powerglide package comes from them. A lil more detail :
Stage IV differential, 300M left and right axles, C6 Z06 pinion support, gear ratio:
3.42, Quaife ATB differential
Differential Core - C6 Z06
300M C5/C6 CV axle kit 1400hp includes wheel bearings - GM52
I would add that the set up is not maxxed out. It has a 2.85 upper pulley, you can still go to 2.7" pulley for more power.

To clear up how the AC replacement looks for this car, I have attached some pics. Also, I installed new hood struts (no more propping open).
AC connecting line near battery.
Oil cooler has been installed where AC condenser normally goes (note ample space between intercooler & radiator) .
New hood struts installed.... no more propping.
