Black C-6 Z06
My 04 Z06 was just totaled. It was a great car but I think the next one is going to be a C-6..
I am looking for a c-6 Z06 must be black, I would like it to be 60k miles or less. I would prefer close to stock but not a deal breaker..
I am looking to spend $30k
Let me know what is out there.
Thanks
Scott

Well, when I showed up one was "in the shop for an airbag job". The one they had there was the one with side skirts and air dam.

Granted, this is the first c6z that I've legitimately looked at, I was let down. I immediately got the impression this car was "rode hard, and put up wet". It has a lifter noise on the passenger side. The key fob looked like it had been dropped and stepped on. The car also had a strange idle. With a quick stab of the throttle the rpms would dip well below idle rpm (to about 400) briefly. If you do go, and have looked at other 50k mile cars please let me know how it felt in comparison.
There was another corvette shop very close to corvette warehouse. TEXAS HOT RIDES has a couple black z's, but they're a little out of our budget.

Dude I was just there last weekend. Since we are looking for literally the exact same car with the exact budget I'm sure youre going to look at the two black ones. Both of which have a touch above 50k miles.
