Whats we ordered this week - C6
We have 6 allocated C6 orders available to place today. The convertibles, 1SX coupe, 1SA coupe, the Lemans Blue color, & the G90 performace axle ratio are constrainted. We are able to order Precision Red.
Our list is very very short & we soon will be ordering for stock. It's a great time to place a custon order. Since we have such a large allocation, orders are being filled & target production dates (tpw) are being filled very quickly. Please call me for more info.

Monica, Are you surprised at the "short" list and the lack of initial demand? If the demand is weak in your eyes, why do you think that is? Thanks for your thoughts.

I dont really think that the demand is low. Since we're one of the largest Corvette dealers in the country, our allocation is very high. Our orders are being placed very quickly, so our list is going fast. The list started long, but due to allocations, went down fast. Now we're almost to the point where the wait is just a week or two before your order is placed depending on constraints. Demand has been very high for the vette.

Monica, how long months/years do you think it will be until discounts greater than $1500 off MSRP will be offered? Also, are you planning on offering "GM Supplier" (not gms) to those that qualify any time soon?

At this time we are not accepting GMS or GM supplier deals. I'm very sorry. I dont know when we will accept it, but I promise I will post as soon as we do!

If G90 is on constraint does that mean that Z51 is also on constraint or do they put the basic G90's on constraint to free up production space for the more expensive Z51's?

On average we have been getting about 6 C6 coupes a week allocated to us. I now have just 11 people left to order, but more orders come in everyday so this changes day to day. It's really tough to give a date, but I'm guessing 2-3 weeks to wait for your order then about 5 weeks to build it. So if I had your order right now, I would guess 8 weeks till build depending on constraints. If you want something that GM is not building it will delay your order.

Monica,
Can you get me a price on the base with M6 in orange and Z51.
I assume you are offering $1500 off msrp?
If you wish, email privately at imxz28@msn.com
Thanks,
Clark

My orders have been accepted & have 3400 status event codes with build dates as early as 7-26. Corvettes are based on allocation. The more vettes a dealer sells, the more C6s they can build. Since we have one of the largest allocations in the country, our C6s are built very quickly. If your dealer says GM is not taking orders it is because he doesnt have any allocation to fill your order.
Clark, you have mail. We are ordering C6s for msrp. The ones we're ordering now will probably be built in Sept depending on constraints. The 1SX base coupe with the Z51 should run $45,740 msrp. GM will build roughly about 7 weeks of 1SB coupes, then start on 1SA coupes then start on 1SX coupes.
Here is a current price list.
1YY07 Corvette Coupe $43,445
1YY67 Corvette Convertible $51,445
Destination $800
Option Packages
1SA Coupe $1,405
1SA Convertible NA
1SB Coupe $4,360
1SB Convertible $2,995
1SX Coupe $0

CM7 Pwr convertible top $1,995
R8C Corvette Museum delivery $490
G90 Perf axle ratio $395
UE1 Onstar $695
Z51 Perf handling $1,495
U2K XM $325
U3U AM/FM CD with DVD Navigation $1,400
C2L Dual tops $1,400
CC3 Glass top $750
F55 Magnetic Ride Control $1,695
MN6 6 speed $0
MX0 Auto $0
QG7 Polished Wheels $1,295

Hi Tim
Right now, we're still working on the upper lot & getting it paved. Once all that is done then we will have somewhere to move our inventory to in order to make room for the vettes. Last time we had like 300 cars there so I definetly want to get everything moved. Once the upper lot is done we should be able to do the show again. I'm looking forward to it to.
We'll have our first C6 probably the first week of August. We wont have the show that soon!
