man thats ace! really nice work there.
great to see you using the "little things make a diffrence to" thinking behind modding.
and amazing that thats on the stock bottom end! how much torque are you making???
thanks Chris.

not been to dyno....snow...lots of snow!!! but i did drive it back from world of wheels cars show sunday ( best in class!!! ) and yeah boost is coming on i would say 1000 rpms sooner. i am seeing 3-4 psi as low as 2500 rpm. and since i am running only 5 psi that pretty good change if you ask me!!! didn't get a chance to see if i got more then 5 psi cause roads where dirty and it was cold but we will see!

Yep,
I'm next with the second gen "Bollas mod"
It also helps a little if you replace your 90* rubber Hoses with a solid pipe to avoid ballooning effect.
Boost sooner in the RPM band is a wonderful thing on the highway.
That's what makes a twin turbo so nice and lethal.
I'll post some pics of mine as well along with any other changes made.
P.S.
You Procharger guys have to hear the HKS-SSQ BOV. It's like music to my ears, then ditch your (fluttering bag) BOV.

I just pulled my intercooler out and getting ready to put it back in with the pipe inlet on the passenger side, does the rigid pipe directly under the procharger need to be cut down? I cant tell from the pictures but it looks like you just have the elbow pipe turned to the opposite side. Mike

It was great to see a that pipeing I had left over after your intercooler mod. I upgraded my hoses and clamps and bov while the facia was off. Thanks again, Mike

Great picture, I love the set up. One thing I noticed when looking at the pic. blown up the bottom part of the cut bracket seemed to look like it was touching the bottom of the IC hose, over time the vibrations can cut through even the toughest hoses, just thought I would mention that.

Hoses are from a place called Fluid Systems, there high pressure/high temp hoses, much stronger and lighter than rubber. I replaced the clamps also. It was about $140 for everything.
