Wow, Carlos! It looks like it belongs there. Nice and flush.
a) Love the 8-rib and double tensioner.
b) For the air intake and filter, can you guys design something that looks more like Callaway Air intake with wide filter than a round filter? I think a wide filter to fill that space looks more OEM than this round one.
Something like this: http://www.callawaycars.com/callaway...C6Products.htm or at least as an optional item.
Or you can use something like this: http://www.halltechsystems.com/product_p/kb1039.htm, This way it blocks the hot air from engine bay.
Another pic: http://www.halltechsystems.com/v/vsp...BRAIS100-5.jpg
c) Do you need to lower the radiator?
d) With this system, can you add Alky kit? If yes, where would you inject it that would not harm the SC?

Very nice!
And you said it fits under the stock hood?
Also, how is the intercooler? I can see there are coolant lines going to the blower; I assume there is an air/water heat exchanger up front?

There is a heat exchanger up front as you expected. What I like about the heat exhcanger is that it is not low to the ground like some of the other intercoolers are. No chance it's going to scrape and it isn't heavy either (around 10lbs).
There will be a CARB number. That's good news for Californians.
Beautiful facility, right next to West Coast Corvettes. They have their own machine shop and produce nearly everything in house. They have a Dynojet as well. I'll probably go back for a personal tour as there was a Mustang show there today. The guy pointed me to the "other" lot and said "this lot is for Mustangs only". I said "that's fine with me".
I got to see some absolutely bad cars inside. Three Saleen S7s, setup for racing. A Ford GT was there also. I can't imagine why the Ford GT doesn't come with two-piece rotors. A Ferrari or two, a Porsche GT2. There were dyno runs every 20 minutes or so and more blown cars than you shake a stick at.
I don't want to quote anything else I picked up from Billy, the TechCo guy I spoke to, as exact numbers and such will be forthcoming. I was told that there will probably be custom fuel rail covers to go with the kit.

That's a mock-up. They're still a few weeks away from an actual unit that's been tested.

Awesome San, glad you made it. From the pic, the unit looks like it fits well in the bay, almost as if it was part of the car. Did you get that impression that if someone didn't know it was a SC, they would'nt know that's an aftermarket item, like a Vortec or Procharger unit would?

Having too much marketing stuff on the unit makes it a bit tacky. I hope they offer an option to remove that top plate that's repeated twice. I don't mind the company name on the front, but the top should be with less noise.
