Well guys the A&A kit arrived today and we put in 2.5 hrs tonight after work. We made a lot of progress!
"Tally Ho" is cozying up to the s/c...notice the t-shirt there Andy and Steve! Tally Ho's Vette got the A&A treatment last month!
The V3 head unit is mounted
Tally Ho is showing his love for that awesome intercooler with "AWARE02" installing the mounting brackets. We use AWARE's garage because he is the only one of us with an air conditioned Garage-Ma-Hall!
And finally the intercooler mounted up
We also knocked out the new injectors, swapped the plugs and finished reinstalling the steering rack. It is entirely possible that this car may come to life tomorrow evening!!!

We appreciate the confidence. I'd seriously like to meet whoever engineered the power steering system and the ABS module location on the C6. They sure didn't make it easy to remove things and put them back on. Your car's steering rack took less than half the time it took on mine so we're gaining the tricks to get it done more efficiently. It should look like this in a day or two.

Another good 3 hrs of progress tonight! The entire supercharger is plumbed up, boost-a-pump is installed and we are ready to put the nose back on. Tomorrow we'll get the nose on, the baseline tune in, fluids topped off and finally we will light the fire! Assuming all goes well and no leaks, squeaks or otherwise the hood goes back on and we take it for a test drive.
P.S. We found most of your rear tires when we were installing the boost-a-pump. They are stuck all over the fenderliners!

yeah that was a few passes at darlington S.C. 12.5 @114
IT'S ALIVE! We ran out of daylight to take pix but suffice it to say all it needs now is a good wash and a session on a dyno with a wideband 02 and a professional tuner and it will be good to go. It starts well, idles well, shifts well, transitions well and fuel trims all look good for everyday driving but I'll leave the final tune to a professional. No leaks, squeaks or unusual sounds beyond the ever so subtle sound of the V3 at work. We are planning on a photo or two Friday afternoon and will post Friday evening.
The final piece of the plan is to load the car on a trailer and deliver it to Mike Norris at Mike Norris Motorsports in Winter Park for the tune Saturday morning. From there it goes back in the hands of the owner this weekend. Final tally on the hours was just slightly more than 8 hrs total split for the 3 of us working together!

Still can't thank you guys enough you are all grade A i look fwd to seeing it saturday.
Saturday may be a bit tough for me as I have my daughters birthday that day and plans for the weekend already. I have a couple projects I need to go check out for clients in the AM. I may be able to do it late Saturday before we head to dinner, but most likely Sunday afternoon after we get back from a family outing in the morning.
Or if you guys can come Friday. I need a little more notice then stumbling over it on the forum One way or another we will get it done.
Not sure if SSGt USAF was planniong on coming my way to get the car or you guys were dropping it off to him. If he can come this way, then my wife can meet you all Sat AM to drop the car off and get it inside and then I will get it done when I can over the weekend.
Just let me know what works for you all or call me later.
SSGt USAF, got your PM and will let you know later today

I have the car with me today. It runs strong yet still OK with chugging along in traffic. The temp never got above 195* this morning and everything appears to be operating as it should. There is no hiding the fact that this car is supercharged. Very distinct whine coming out from under the hood. We'll get it cleaned up today and once Mike does his magic you'll be set. I would recommend a good alignment and some fresh rubber. It's a whole different car now.

Cole - Your car did great today. I never got above 203* on the temp. It shifts strong and gets up and goes. I detailed the engine bay and the interior today. You have a full tank of 93 octane now as well. Ken has the car tonight and he'll detail the exterior tomorrow. Enjoy
