You are using the stock pump to fuel your nitrous kit ? sounds risky

Why risk it with stock pump with or without a boost a pump. I would up grade the fuel system or install a stand alone

I woudnt spray anything more than 100shot on 442ci LS7 but if you did Injectors and boost a pump for sure...

We sprayed 150shot on a couple of stock LS7 with injectors only, but 442 LS7 The block is already freaking thin

You dont need injectors with a wet kit like the OP is asking about. The extra fuel is introduced from the nitrous nozzle(s) instead of the injectors. He will probably need a larger fuel pump however depending on how much power the motor is already producing.

You do realize the extra cubes of the motor is due to an increase in the stroke of the crankshaft and the block maybe only be slightly overbored if at all. I know some people think the only way to make a motor bigger is to increase the bore size. I would imagine the motor in question has a 4.125 inch stroke crank vs the factory 4.00 inch stroke crank.

Contact one of the sponsors on the left that is a Nitrous Outlet dealer and get a dedicated fuel system. You are at the limits.

I've seen a fella spray a 200 shot on the stock system. Its a Z06 with a stock long block. It's through a plate system and he doesn't have a dedicated fuel system nor a boost a pump. I'm not saying you shouldtry this... But take it to your tuner and let him tell you when and if your running out of fuel.
