The only headunits that are available in Black are the V3 Si-trim, sorry guys. We get them straight from Vortech like this. They don't offer any other headunits in Black.

Those of you with chirp. Is it a short time during cold start-up only? Does it go away once warmed up?
Do any of you have "Flip drive/Direct drive/Secondary drive" systems?

Also make sure your a/c tensioner and idler are not wore out and that your crank balancer is not starting to wobble.

I still prefer Gates belts over Gatorbacks.
The chirp I have is only on startup cold, it goes away after running a few minutes.

It appears that the head unit backorder is over. We received about 20 units this week and will be building kits as quickly as we can.

The mechanics work Tuesday - Friday 7AM- 5:30 PM
Josh is in the shop, answering phones and taking orders Monday - Friday 8AM -5PM
Phone support is available at almost (within reason) any hour.

How much boost would a t-trim 4'' pulley blower make on this engine:

402 CID 9.5 compression
LS6 stage 2.5 - Precision Race Components CNC Cylinder Heads
228/234 .588"/.598" 114LSA
Stock LS6 intake and TB.

Thanks

7-8#s is my guess.
650rwhp depending on how aggressive the tune is.

Should make power easily.

With a 3.8", I just made 7psi at 6500rpm with a T-trim on my LS3. Pfadt headers and ported intake manifold. Stock cam and heads, stock compression. 578/511 on E85.

Stock crank pulley. Ported intake manifold, headers, no cats, Z06 axleback with the flaps open. Probably why I'm only reading 7psi. It just barely touches 8psi at 6500 redline. I'm putting a 3.6 pulley on next week. I'm trying for 10-11 psi so I can load a 91 octane tune for road trips. Otherwise I'm on E85 when I stay around Phoenix.

I have a plug question.

I have a Si kit on my LS2 with cam running e85 using a 3.6 pulley. What plugs and what gap should I use for them?

Default 2010 corvette

I have to say being a former NHRA national event champion and a 7 time national record holder dealing with the performance industry for 30 years, Josh and Andy@ A&A are some of the most helpful and knowledgeable that i have had the pleasure of doing business with! I have a 2010 A6 with a t trim putting down 556rwhp and this thing is a pleasure to drive! the drive ability is second to none.the parts all fit and the kit is very well thought out.I highly recommend A&A.

Our kit comes with NGK TR6 (#4177) gap to .035"
Big power builds(+800rwhp) usually run NGK BR7EF (#3346) gap to .030"

Since I will be right around 650-700 should I just run the TR6's then at .035?

I'm getting a very bad chirp now from my V3 Si Trim which goes away after it warms up (around 10 minutes). The belt has been on for a little over a year and there appears to be only VERY slight movement on the harmonic balancer (which only has 5k miles on it after replacing the first one which had a bad wobble).

I'm hoping that replacing the belt will solve the problem.

What length belt is required and is there a wrap diagram anywhere? Instructions on swapping the belt out?
