Thanks again !
You'll also need about 6" of 5/8" oil resistant hose for the reservoir and you'll need to trim the reservoir mounting bracket a little
You should be able to figure it out fairly easily.
I think I'll make a small instruction tutorial for the website on how to do it.

Not that it's your biggest challenge, but you can purchase a pre-made T/B wire harness extension:

Regular C5 and early C6 will still use the standard 3 1/2" tube.
I can tell you, without reservation, that a 4" tube will make absolutely NO difference. All the tubing from the blower to the intercooler is 3". Even stepping up to 3 1/2" is only done to make the transition to the MAF and throttle body size easier. The air is compressed (denser) as well as being forced through the tube under pressure. The 3 1/2" tube would not start to become a restriction until you reached some airflow number that is astronomically high.
I suspected that may be the case, but wasn't sure if there was some pressure vs volume scenerio that I didn't fully understand making a 4" tube a better choice for my application. I appreciate your response and feel comfortable running a 3-1/2" tube all the way to the T/B. Thanks again! Great products, great support.

If I'm going to run a 3.5" pulley on my si trim, is it prudent to switch to a 2 bar map sensor? The tuner that I'm chatting with says he can do it (rescale the map to use it), but that it isn't necessary (almost implying that he doesn't want to do it.) I was under the impression that the stock sensor wouldn't provide the resolution for the added pressure.

How long does a pulley swap take on a v3 kit on a c6 ?

Not to mention... the throttle body inlet is offset upwards. Flipping it reverses this offset and moves the inlet down and inline with the top of the radiator. The distance I would need to move the reservoir would put it in the same space needed for the upper radiator hose and almost against the radiator.

What is the difference with the Fast intakes ? In what way does it orient the throttle body differently from stock that makes it
It changes the angle as well as the front to back positioning. We've swapped a lot of them, but without the Nitrous plate.

I scale all the airflow tables back 25%. That works fine. 2 BAR is great but takes a lot of time to tune.

My guys do them in less than an hour, including belt change.

I'm putting a z06 kit on my ls2 car. Its a ysi with 3" and 8" pulleys. What's the correct way to vent the crankcase? I have the edlebrock valve covers with the little nipples on top.

I really prefer to use the stock covers with the tall filler neck. We vent it from the filler cap because it's high above the valvetrain and not much oil tends to get up that high.
Most aftermarket valve covers don't have much baffling in them and will push oil out the little nipples. Maybe you can use a stock filler neck on your covers and vent it from the cap?

Ordered the I/C piping, drop cradle kit, and aluminum side panels on a Monday and had it here (all the way across the country) by Friday. Thank you! Top Notch business.

So during install, it looks like the OEM shroud side panels are staying out. What do you do with the sensor that used to stick out in front of the A/C condensor? Believe it is the Air Intake Temp Sensor.

You're probably looking at the outside air temp sensor.
You can Zip Tie that anywhere up front that gets ouside air.

I'm running Fast 57lb injectors and a KB Boost a pump. I also have the ECS meth kit, but would prefer to tune without it if possible.

Thanks in advance for your reply. You guys make a great kit !

Looks great, good job on the install.

Read your other thread with the results...great #'s!

Finally got my kit installed and tuned. Very very happy with the end results.

Other than the supercharger the car is bone stock. Thank A&A for a great kit. I just wish my head unit was louder lol.

That's not possible lol. The whine is the best noise ever. I had a v-2 on my camaro and that thing was the loudest vortech head unit I ever heard lol.

Nice numbers for all stock! Glad you're happy with the results and kit.

You were correct. I drilled a 1/4" hole in the intercooler ram air side panel and used the oem push pin to hold it in the hole. Tried to keep it away from the I/C inlet tube.

That is right where i want to be with RWHP, 550--580 would be perfect for me. Tial upgrade, what do i need to by to get the blower to whine? I do not like silent superchargers.

YSIs are loud. You need to buy a motor to go along with it, though.
