I use the kevlar ones and the rubber push type hoses on my sprint cars which runs on 100% methanol and have fuel pressures of 100 lbs.

This is kind of a bummer:

Ultra-Flex 650™ Stainless Braid hose is intended for use with Ultra-Flex hose ends only. No other Earl's hose ends are intended for use with this hose. The use of other manufacturers hose ends is not recommended and may compromise the pressure capabilities and durability of the hose

I didn't realize that sorry. I think there are some other manufactures of a similar line, because earls fittings are rather expensive.

Can't compare Fragola to Redhorse, Fragola is 100% USA made, got a problem they fix it, Redhorse is direct import from China not chancing my fuel system with it.

Parker has a new hose, PTFE lined, steel wrapped, rubber coated, very nice stuff, no smell, no pricked fingers. Fragola carries it as "Real Street Hose" I am sure others do as well. Granted I am using a Walbro pump and Aeromotive regulator but my fuel system hasn't crossed $650 yet.

Magnafuel had some hit or miss issues with E85 and the anodizing on the back plate of the Protuner pumps, so far my 650 has been good but my friend has had a heat soak issue on a 750, again they worked with him on it til it was fixed..One trick is to run a little lubricant like Stabil or a couple cap fulls of Marvel Mystery oil on each e85 fill up.

I just looked at my last Race Part Solutions invoice vs Summit website, one Frag part was .16 cents higher at Race Parts but after the discount was .40 cents cheaper, another item was .30 cents cheaper to start and .48 cents cheaper with the discount, plus they ship Priority mail for $5.15 vs $9.99. Buy from whom you want, just buy quality, a car is a terrible thing to waste .

I wasn't aware red horse was a cheap china made product... the way the local guys around here talk about it I thought it had to be pretty decent quality. Maybe Star Performance doesn't deal in Fragola so they did it based on what they stock, but they replaced all my fragola items on my original list with Russell fittings, so between that and the low price, I thought they would have been the 'cheaper' of the 2.

Here is what I went with. I call it a RSI Stage 1.5. They made it up for me with my input. Uses two 341s in the RSI hanger. I will be running and tuning under boost with one 341 high pressure pump. The second 341 will activate at 3 psi of boost via dual hobbs wired in parallel purely as a backup. I use the stock fuel lines. Cost about $1,000. Good for about 800 hp I would think.

After actually building everything on the car, a few things changed. I'll repost an inventory of all the parts I used once I go through everything.
