Anybody HPDE there C6 with a Centri?

How dose fitting a front splitter and turning the car into a front fed (rather than bottom) for the radiator effect cooling? I would have thought it would be better but only if you still get the air in.
Also has anyone that has used a centri or tt tried mounting fans on the back of the intercooler? That would at least ensure there is airflow through the intercooler and therefore air getting to the rad. I know it would be hot(ter) air but that still better than none!
