The turbo system has 4 clamps which were placed in convenient locations to remove the 4 main pipes. The turbos are bolted to dedicated mounting plates and are easy to get at, we opened up a lot of real estate by relocating the fuel cell. The intercooler would require removal of the bumper which is no different then other systems. Engine compartment will be no different then stock. Coil packs are remote mounted which makes adjusting the rockers easier. Fuel pumps are external so that's an easy swap without needing to drop the trans. The drivetrain is no different to remove out of the car.

I know it appears we added a lot of work but this system was carefully planned and executed to perfection to ensure maximal power and ease of removal.

To be honest ill be happy if they pass me for emissions!

Would you believe me if I told you the side pipes were installed at a chevy dealership as a gm performance part?

I guess that I'm extremely lucky... They did away with inspections here decades ago. Can Mike give you a special tune on your EBC ? Maybe Channel 1 is way toned down. IDK as I've never had to think along those lines...

When they did have inspections here, everybody always had a buddy who would let things slide... I'm sure that you will figure something out...

If not, I will just bring the beast home with me and you can fly in and drive her... Lmao

The problem won't be the computer but rather the sound of that engine combo spooling turbos and exiting from the side with no muffler.

Just wait until we're at the track and I pop the clutch while using the haltechs 2 step function.

Any worries about a rear impact busting the fuel cell open? Have you considered havi g a bag tank made that would drop into the current ally tank? They are what's used in motorsport and are pretty safe these days. Much better than just an ally tank!

Very good point. VR too extra aluminum and built and external brace tied to the rear frame rail. In the event of a rear collision the tank will be swung downward out of the way as oppose to being given crushed.

That makes me nervous for him too..The fact that the tank is outside the car but also inside is cause for concern. A firewall has to be built inside the cabin of the car. Don't even want to imagine a rupture and fuel spraying threw out the interior!

I must say that when I think of rear mount or in this case mid that I think of simplicity but compromises in performance.
No simplicity here for sure as far as performance hopefully will know soon.
