Mount it to the roof. That would be sweet. Just gravity feed to the motor.

I tried, it didn't give us enough capacity. If you have to know we welded a trailer hitch and Ill just pull a trailer that holds the tank. This is a great idea because for one I can readily switch fuel types without worrying about tank contamination, second it allows me unlimited range so that I can drive to and from anywhere in the country. Finally we created a quick release so in the event Im loosing a race I can release the trailer, dropping 200lbs and giving me the edge. Im telling you after my car I cant imagine anyone installing a fuel tank in a car again.

Sinister, whats the advatange of mounting the turbo in place of the fuel tanks compeard to at the back? Just thinking you nw have to relocate the fuel cell for a minor saving in pipe length back to the turbo (if mounted in the rear).

Im hoping the fuel cell sitting behind the rear axle shifts the weight balance to a point that is favorable for traction. The fuel cell allows for easier pump changes as well as no limit to how big we can go and I can drain the tank to swap fuels fairly quickly. But mainly the idea of side pipes is what sold me, just imagine a corvette bouncing a 2 step throwing flames out the side before launch

love it... I was thinking about this as I was looking at my car w/ no fuel tanks doing the fuel system for my build.
Turbos where the tanks were, fuel cell where the muffers were, plenty of space for everything and potentially a larger fuel capacity if running something like E85 (not sure if it applies to you).
In for results.
