Are you not going to make the headers out of 100% billet? Disappointing! Haha

Yep, 5-axis milling. Just making headers, and collectors are tacked into car so no better pics inside.

Perfect heat your welds! What a journey you've been on with this car. Can't wait to see what it does.

Business and family things has kept me busy this year, purhased example new Haas 5-axis milling center and CNC lathe.
Had to move ETA to next spring, first start late this year.
Carbon body is almost finished, PPG seq parts arrived last week finally after nine months delay, engine is opened, inspected and ready, cage and body work almost done except sheet metal, complete electrics are ready including all Motec parts, 3 PDM’s, switch panel, dash, tons of sensors, Bosch Motorsport ABS etc. Spend 15 kilos for Ticon Titanium stuff, sure everything needed is in stock. One pic attached we made some custom pipes for customer.
Lots of work done, lots of left.

I looked at CFC's website and facebook page...they really do some high end custom work. I look forward to seeing the final weight savings of the carbon and total weight of the car with your other fabs. Also looking forward to hear if your billet trans is fully developed and tested. Thanks for the update and pics.

It just hit me...the serious money you are spending (CFC carbon, PPG, Ticon Titanium stuff is definitely adult money! Daaanng! After looking at your Motec stuff, I kinda wish I would have purchased Motec instead of the ProEFI system. I came real close to getting Motec because of its quality and features but many have recommended ProEFI so I think I will be happy. Mine is coming together and should be done by August...just in time to tune and work out bugs before the Colorado Mile. Need a trans though..I hope my lily pad T56 will last a few pulls until winter. Do you know anything about the RPM non synchro trans?

Does RPM makes non syncro version stick shift?!? Never heard about that.. PPG makes dogbox style should be good also for big hp applications but before I see myself so I dont say nothing.
I’ll bring to the market billet case trans with PPG internals if all goes well. PPG promised internals, no matter if seq or dogbox in four weeks from this forward. Billet case takes also approx month time.
Billet diff case also under designing..
