Sure, might want to add meth if the heads have been decked right from the start though.
9.60's would be nice, ls3 are really getting it done. I know i may need a converter change and maybe a transmission rebuilt.
Good to speaking to you today bud... Your goals are more than realistic even with the NA cam... We have done a lot of combinations that have NA cams that decided to supercharge later on, they drop torque a bit (But have seen some make more HP than blower cams similar sized) but that converter helps!
