I appreciate all the help. Ive read the entire link he sent me. I spent 5 hours reading and troubleshooting on top of working 80hr/week. The frustration is starting to get to me.

If your thinking its your HPT, I'll loan you mine. Just please send it back.

I know the feeling of working your **** off only to have something come up at the last minute. I'm dealing with the exact issue on my engine builder. I had to send it back so they could fix an issue I paid them to fix in the first place.
You WILL have issues you're going to have come up. Just tackle them one at a time. The worst issues are issues you don't know what is causing them. If I can be of any assistance, drop me a line. Even if it's just to bounce ideas off of.

Make sure you have the correct application key for your handheld.

Good luck on figuring it out!

I disconnected the battery over the weekend and somehow everything worked when i plugged reconnected it. I cranked it over and oil started running from the back of the motor. Dropped the rearend, trans and torque tube. It appears to be a bad rear main seal. It isn't completely round. Its so small of a difference that its nearly impossible to tell. Even though its brand new I ordered a new one. I don't know what else it could be.

I had a buddy that had a leak in the same place and it ended up being the freeze plug in the back of the crank on his new motor.

I'm assuming this was installed properly?

What did ERL say about the rear main seal?

Know you pain man, just keep your head up, punch a wall, and get your head back into it. I too have uninstalled/installed/uninstalled/installed my rear end only to have to do it one more time before I might be able to hear my car run.

It'll be worth it in the end.

I didn't get the seals from ERL. I got them from LME when I ordered the heads and cam. The more and more i think about it. I think we snugged the plate bolts but we tightened the two long oil pan bolts. Thus pulling the plate down. Throwing the seal off center. Rookie mistake. Although I'm not sure If that's the problem yet. I'll be putting the new one on this weekend.

Ended up making a alignment tool for the rear main seal. Ended up putting everything back together. Primmed the motor and it started leaking again. After inspecting and inspecting and inspecteing. We found out that after they machined the block. The bolts were only snugging the rear plate. The bolts were bottoming out and snugging the plate that we thought it was tight. Thus allowing oil to escape once oil pressure was reached. So we're gringing all 12 bolts and re-installing everything. Im almost positive that's the only issuse. Fingers crossed

Did you happen to look down the center of the crank and see if there was a freeze plug in place??

She's fixed! I grinded all bolts to size and installed the rear main seal, back plate and flywheel. Primmed the motor and no leak! Just have to put the rearend, trans, and torque tube in. That'll wait for the weekend.

Just a little update on the car. The car won't come out of reduced power mode. Its throwing a few codes on my scanner and like 50 codes on my hptuner. I was going to have a shop look at it but they're all backed up for 5 weeks. By that time it'll be too cold to enjoy the car. So i decided to spend the rest of this nice weather with my 1 year old son instead of messing with the car. Like I've been doing all summer. I may change a few things but haven't decided yet. The other night while he was sleeping I hand polished my new throttle (I bought a new one since the throttle body was one of the codes). Im having a hard time getting into the tight places. I'll make some improvements.

Possibly future Modifications:

RPM Stage IV differential
Powerglide conversion
Switch to a F1x
Pro EFI

Is that an LS 2 throttle body? I thought the gold butterfly was the troublesome throttle body.
