Its supposed to be a Ls3/ls7 tb. Why would you think its a ls2?

I started with 220 grit, then 400, then 600, then scotch Brite on a drill, then 800, then use a polishing wheel (for a drill) with a white paint stick.

LS2 & 06-08 LS3,7 are silver blade. If you are trying to use the late tb (gold) with an early ecm set for the silver then you'll run into trouble.

Those who are more knowledgeable correct me if Im wrong.

Mine is a 2013. I pulled the original TB off with 4000 miles. It had the bronze blades.

I ended up taking Unreal and Nino S' advice and cut my bumper support to allow more air to reach the intercooler and radiator. I have 3/16" or 1/4" steel plate at work. Im going to weld it into the open areas. It'll be allot stronger than before.

Then I put it on the ground and loaded it to get tuned.

Bye bye

No. Im going to let them take care of it. We've gone over every wire numerous times. They think it might be one bad wire or a bad ecm. They're going to go through the wiring and tune. Its in their hands now.

I thought I mentioned it but maybe it was in another thread. These aren't out yet. I don't know if they're going to make changes cause I had to modify mine. I'll have to get the company name when I get home. The company who makes them isn't the company who sells them.

And for the update:

We found one of the wires for the throttle body was pinched inside the main harness and reran the wires. Reduced power mode was fixed. Got the car on the dyno. Fuel pumps 2 and 3 wouldn't turn on. Found out the catch can vacuum was robbing vacuum from the fuel pressure regulator off the vacuum block. We moved them away from each other and waiting for another dyno opening.

I just can't catch a break. Doesn't even have 50-100 miles on it.

Oil in front of the blower. Looks like front seal is going bad. What ding are you referring to?

oh ****! stick with it man, my car was a complete cluster kcuf when I first got it back and took me months of ironing out issues but it's been as reliable as a framing hammer now that I got it all figured out and it's tons of fun.
