Will it clear a fast lsx intake manifold with a A&A kit? thinking of cutting 10-11 inches from the top.

I did it on my car with great results. The contour isn't as perfect as on a C6 but it placed in the right spot its not bad. Overall it still looks WAY better than any of the aftermarket add on/in vents. I posted pics in this thread a while ago and I may have started a separate thread somewhere else on the forum too. It was awhile ago...

I’m bringing this back up from the graveyard as I’ve purchased the ZL1 vent and need to install it with an A&A kit. I’m looking to get it as low as possible but obviously don’t want any clearance issues or not sitting flush on the hood. Any input?

So 11" from top of hood apparently clears A&A 4" charge pipe. I'm wondering would 12" clear? The lower the better in my opinion.
