a1000 auromotive fuel pump support 750rwhp on e85
Loooking into getting a a1000 from a senior corvette member here. I'm pushing 750rwhp on e85. Mods to the car are d1, cam, stock bottom end, heads fixed, id1300 and full exhaust. Is this pump going to keep up. Currently i have a stock fuel pump with a bap, has been holding consistent pressure but now its starting to fall off about 12lbs under boost. Let me know what you guys think.

Just want to make sure you're aware that a LOT of people have had issues with that setup.

I should clarify I meant the A1000 stealth system.

That's what he bought, the A1000 stealth kit. Good luck, should have waited for replies, lots of people have issues with the controller, wasted your money IMO. DSteck had to make his own to solve the issues IIRC.

I never did buy it. I'm very confused o what setup I want to take. I'm opinion to opinions. I just don't have a fortune to spend on a fuel setup but then again it's a very big piece to my vehicle. Ahhhhhhh

ECS setup, no you don't have to pull the tank. Fore setup yes, but it will handle anything you can throw at it.
I'm not well versed in fuel requirements and compatibility with E85. I see a lot of guys going with the walbro 450 intank pump, but that loses the venturi function. So you shouldn't run less than 1/8 of a tank so as not to starve the pump.

I bet ECS stage 2 would make it there with e85. Call them or FSP.
Tanks have to come out with their stage 2 kit

Stage 1 drills a hole in the tank and adds a custom bulkhead piece with AN fittings on it.
Then there's a fitting that taps into one of the factory hoses. Second pump from bulkhead to factory fuel line is triggered under boost.
Stage 2 gets rid of the in tank regulators and adds boost references regulator and return line

Not sure why more people do not go with the Walbro E450 route ??
I run that single pump and make 530 on motor and spray another 150+ off the rail.....all on E85. Never had an issue. They are cheap (like $135) and only require some small bucket mods.
When I put the turbo combo in this winter, I'll just add another E450 to the tank and build a return and put the regulator on the rail.

All the problems with the Aeromotive A1000 stealth system have been controller related. As mentioned before, DSX made their own controller which solved the issues they were having. I believe he even had the eliminator pump at one time on the vette with no issues, which is a much larger volume pump than the A1000. That tells me there's nothing wrong with the Aeromotive kit, it's just their controller that sucks.
DSX told me they would make and sell their controller, but I don't think I ever got a price.

If I run across a cheap stealth system I'd still buy it.. but would either build or buy a controller that doesn't blow

You could add a return port to the tank with the ECS fuel block thing to avoid pulling tanks if a return line is all you need. I don't know crap about surge tanks though so I don't know if that's all you need.
Here is an install video

still confused. Tried to email Radium Engineering and they returned one email but not the other 3. I'm almost thinking of the Walbaro e450. See how that holds on 750 hp on e85. Any thoughts on that?
