Our highly anticipated turbo kit for the 2006-2013 Corvette is here! We are proud to present the ultimate turbo kit for your LS7 Corvette! This kit has been in development over a year and with all tweaks and trials we are finally happy to present it to the customers and offer it for sale. A lot of R&D time went into this kit! Every turbo option in this kit will make over 1000 HP with supporting mods!
The incredible power gains come from using nothing but the best components in our kit. We have tested many many different turbos and turbo combinations over the last few years with the LS3 and LS7 Corvettes and have applied what has worked best. No expense was spared in R&D and we are proud to not just build the entire kit inside our 4 walls, but that we have managed to source 99% of the kit’s components from USA-made sources. MADE IN THE USA!!!
A break-down of the BASE twin-turbo kit components are as follows:
Satin black ceramic coating comes standard on the manifolds, O2 housings, and turbo hot-sides. Satin black powder coating comes standard on intercooler, intercooler piping, and turbo covers.
Complete package comes with FIC injectors, Tune with HPTuners (Standard Edition) cable , ZR1 3 Bar MAP sensor, and NGK TR7 pre-gapped spark plugs.
The numbers this kit produces quickly take your stock Corvette into Super-car status in a HURRY! We suggest the boost be pulled back a little on stock engines for maximum longevity (To around 650rwhp or under) but for those that truly want to turn their car into the fastest thing on the road this kit will work 100% as-is with just a fuel and intercooler upgrade to well over 1000+rwhp. Base turbos are good to 1200HP!!! Or go with Comp Turbo 6467s turbo setup that's good to 1700HP!!!
NOTE: To run this kit, you have to install aftermarket motor mounts. We offfer our motor mounts in the check box. We also confirmed that PFADT motor mounts will work with this kit. Coilover setups will also work with this kit. Another importnat upgrade that need to be done is stainless clutch line. That is exclusively available through us and is offer as a check box below. Our "Dominator" fuel system is also offered as an additional option with this kit. It replaces all the stock fuel system components but injectors. Thank you.

I dig it, and the price is pretty nice, even when I decked it out. Not entirely sure how I feel about the oilless turbos but it's interesting. Would like to see pics of cold side and inlet/filter routing.

we went through 4 designs of manifolds. i will post more pictures once we put shop car back together. at the end the goal is to offer 2 different manifold designs. for base we use hooker cast manifolds with some modifications.
as far as filters go, we are probably will be offering both, with intake pipes and just on the turbos. we will have more pictures in the next week.

Looks nice, but the install would not be that fun. Just removing the torque tube/tranny to do the SS clutch line alone would be a pain. Other than that, nice setup.

Been watching this kit come around for a few months now and I like it. This is how 90% of the custom fabricated kits are done ive seen. Only problem is its right in there with cost of a custom fabricated kits ive been quoted. If only this kit could be a couple grand cheaper...
