Default GS/Z06 rear tire choices for 672RWHP?

So now that I've added meth, it's become super apparent that I'm going to have to use an R compound tire on the rear. With that in mind, my 19/20 Cup wheels have been sidelined and I've gone back to stock GS wheels with 19x12" rears running 325/30R19 street tires for now. My plan is to get a second set of rear GS wheels to run R compound tires around town, and keep the street tires (run-flats) for trips. My choices that I've identified so far:
M/T Street S/S in 325/30R19 (or 335/25R20 for Cup wheels)
Nitto NT05R in 345/30R19
Nitto NT01 in 325/30R19
Toyo R888 in 325/30R19

My initial thought was the NT05R, but I'll end up with a speedo difference one way or the other (I actually had the tune set for 27" tall to split the difference and be within 3MPH at 80). However seeing that the NT01 is available in a stock size is attractive as I wouldn't have to worry about speedo offset. The R888 looks like a good contender as well, but I've heard they are horribly noisy, which drops them to the bottom of the list for me. Finally, I'd really love to do the new M/T Street S/S (maybe even in rear size for my Cup wheels), but they have been pushing back the release date for over six months now.

The car is mainly a weekend/nice day car, and only sees rain when going on trips (when the street tires will be on it). I do get on it a good bit, and want something that's going to grip in a straight line but also be able to handle corners around town (not 10/10ths road course driving, more like 7-8/10ths canyon carving). I would make it a 65/35 weighting towards straight line grip.

So with all that in mind, what's the recommendation?

I have nt05r's and love them... they get good traction and handle pretty good too... in my opinion they are probably the best all around street tire for higher hp cars... I was curious about the et street s/s and wanted to try them but my worry is that they won't handle as well as the nt05r... I'm sure the mickey's would get better straight line traction but I don't want to lose any instability at high speeds or around corners... I had r888's and I didn't think they were noisy but they don't get near the traction as the nt05r's but they will handle better around corners... I will be needing some new rears soon so I'm debating between the nt05r and et street s/s

oh on the speedo issue, if you have hptuners you can easily recalibrate it to your tire size or just swing by Bret's sometime and I'm sure he would take care of you

I make more power and my NT05R's have been good.

Yeah, I'm probably going to go ahead and get a copy so I can do the speedo and do logging whenever needed.

yeah that's what I did, I figured I was going to need it after everything that's done to the car... it also simplifies things because he can just send you a new file and you load that onto the car rather than making the drive

if you're going to have a second set of rims go at least 18" or 17", hook SO much better than 19", if your set on 19" rim though the nt05r is decent up until about 700whp imo

As the other guys have said... if you're staying with 19s, the NT05R is a good choice for what you want to do.

I understand about the tire size difference issue, since you want to be able to swap wheels/tires for trips. My thought would be to consider a regular radial in the same 345/30-19 size for the long trips. Get the tune worked out so that the speedo is calibrated for that size, and you should be good to go regardless of what rubber you've got out back.

Didn't know they made the nt01 in a 325. Anyone see them for sale?
