Another Cog Belt Option
Here is another belt design you may want to consider. Claim to be 2X stronger than any rubber belt. They do not show a 1360 mm length, but it's possible they may do custom lengths for you as they will certainly do custom widths up to 125 mm. They are cutting a 62 mm down to 50 mm width for me now. Polyurethane material with carbon chords.

Hopefully it works out, those cog belts take some serious abuse
I've heard good and bad about sprags, hopefully it works as intended also

That's a pretty mean looking ride you've got there yourself.

Yes, it is an air to water I/C. I looked long and hard for a design that would fit and support the power without pressure drop across the cooler. I found this one but had to cut off the cool side housing and fabricate a new housing for center discharge as you see in the pics. I do not yet have enough testing with it to determine effectiveness but it is coming soon.

No, those pics did not include the radiator and A/C condenser. I took those snap shots when I had everything mocked up for test fitting. To make a long story short... the intercooler was a bit too close to the A/C condenser to allow sufficient airflow, so I ended up cutting out and notching the bottom of the front rectangular crossbar of the frame. I reshaped and re-welded it so it is now a triangular crossbar instead of rectangular. I don't have any pics of the modification handy but I can take a few and post them later if interested. The result of the crossbar modification enabled me to angle the intercooler further away from the A/C condenser to allow more air to flow through it and the radiator. The attached is the only photo I have of the opening between the intercooler and A/C compressor as viewed from under the car after the crossbar modification. You can see the rubber air dam butts right up to the edge of the condenser. I was unable to rotate the photo before downloading...

Ok, hopefully Chuck @ HHP will finish up with dyno tuning this week and I can get the car home (fingers crossed) so I can get a few snap shots to post.
How's your car coming along with the new upgrades? I'd love to hear about it. Are we talking F3 yet???
