Below is a snapshot from ATIs website with the numbers for a full 8 & 10 rib pulley setups (sans blower pulley) from ATI. You have to decide whether you want the 8% or 12% outer shell as per realcanuck's post above.
This kit retails for around $1000 from Summit.

What options are available for stock 6-rib setup? Not looking to upgrade at this time.

Buy an 8 or 10 now and use it with a 6

Powerbond seems to be the best bang for the buck, although ATI and IW are top of the line products. The best prices I've seen on these are at Colorado Speed. The second one from the bottom on the list below would be the one you need for your dry sump car. NB: It's listed as being 7.64" in diameter, but it's also shown as being 10% overdrive. We've had a discussion on another thread about this and it appears that Powerbond has an erroneous diameter measurement for this and the one right above it, which is the one I need for my A6 car, which I have verified is actually 8.25" in diameter.
I think oldmotorhead has one of these that he's about to install on his car. Hopefully he can chime in.
Merry Christmas, BTW.

No- No- No Sammy L, He his now telling us he's got so much money because he did not have to get a water heater he can now use his Italian 1" slate pool table for a workbench. Some guys have it all. Just to keep this on thread, Thank-you Rodney for rubbing it in.

Everyone needs to remember the OP has a dry sump motor. So an LS7 style balancer is needed. Not many overdrive options. None in an overdrive 6 rib as far as I remember. Seems like buying an 8 rib pulley and just using a 6 rib belt is the way to do it for a dry sump car.
And I can't remember exactly, but I think the ATI version doesn't come with an AC belt option. Don't know why, but that's what I was looking into as my first choice.

I don't think anyone makes an O/D balancer in 6-rib for the non-dry sump Y-body car either?
The powerbond part number that I referred to earlier in this thread is for the dry-sump Y-body and is the same one that Rodney must have (I assume his car is a dry-sump?). I'm pretty sure that has an A/C pulley.

You might be right about there not being ANY 6 rib overdrive pulleys. Thought someone made one, but maybe not. Even so, there's just way more choices if shopping for a wet sump pulley.

Yep... I gave Rodney the part number for that Powerbond pulley. It's for a dry sump motor. I was referring to the ATI pulley not having an AC groove. They'd be my first choice if they made what I'd want. IW would be my second choice, though I really wish they came in another finish.

It appears from ATIs online catalog that for the LS7 (and dry sump LS3) the two OD 8-rib dampers they offer only comes in a non-A/C version, whilst the OEM diameter has the A/C pulley?
