Default LG Motorsports C6 ZR1 Procharger Build *Includes Pics*

A long time and very good customer of ours brought us one of his latest projects, a 2012 ZR1.

As most projects do, it started simple with a set of headers, pulley change...then we added a cam, and heads, and nitrous.

Now the car is evolving into something a bit more focused.

Over the course of the next few weeks we should be finishing the transformation into a F1X fed LS9 with a complete RPM Transmission Powerglide conversion

You can't put big power down without traction. LG Billet Drag spindles with brakes and wheels by Carlyle

RPM Transmission Powerglide and 9" center section

Just a size comparison LS9 vs F1X

Procharger race intercooler

New Procharger direct drive bracket

accessories removed and new balancer installed

Accessories mounted with F1X

Big inlet

Waiting on the intake manifold

I will go over more of the details as the car is finished up so stay tuned.

Customer bought them. I'm a big fan of the stock ones myself.

Depends on the J bracket used. Dallas Performance bracket no issues. Procharger's bracket you have to remove some material. Other than that it bolts directly to the blower head unit.

Did you ever consider flip drive from A&A? Had to grind just a hair off my Electric water pump to get one blower bolt head in but it works with 10 rib perfect on my F1X set up.

It is a 10 rib belt, and ProCharger's new direct drive system so the blower is on it's own belt unlike the older kits (which you can still get).

Procharger sends a water pump with the kits. Still have to clearance it for the bigger balancer and a couple of the brackets.
