Unreal What temps are you running at with the A/C on? I ran mine the other day and it make it up to 235 driving in some traffic but not stop and go. It peeked there and didnt go any higher which I was happier with than what I have seen before.

Car runs ~100 over ambient.
So if it is 120F outside, runs ~220.
So if it is 120F outside, runs ~220.

So I was having similar issues. Im now running a Dewitts radiator, D3 fans and a Meziere WP419 mechanical water pump. I can run 100 deg over ambient no problem with the A/C off. With the A/C on and moving its not an issue but sitting in traffic its still getting pretty hot. I think I gotta work on fresh airflow.

Having exact same issue. I have more than one car and never seen such a finicky, undercooled car as my c6 z with eforce!
My c5 z with magcharger never had these issues and we used to beat the crap out of it doing dunuts in 100 degree weather.
What is the deal, why do some have no issue? This overheating for me is after 45 mins to an hour in traffic in Manhattan. I think most people just do not experience the conditions of Manhattan traffic. I know other cities have traffic too but the issue doesnt present itself to most. I believe that many of our cars would overheat in the same conditions that mine sees.
This is mainly in heavy traffic with a/c on.
Has anyone actually solved their issue?

So after a long wait and lots of work at Horsepower Solutions I have a stupid fast C6Z06 with AC that stays under 210 degrees with AC on in 90 degree weather so I am finally happy with the car again. Josh and his team ended up doing a air to water IC set up with a rear hatch 6 gal cell for ice that keeps IATs under ambient air temps, E85, and some custom ducting in the nose of the car. I just got it back last week but did take it out for a 12 mile run and made one pass to 190 mph. With AC on and ambient temps around 85 I satyed around 202-204, with the AC off and making a hit from 1-5th gear I never went over 210 degrees. So now my car makes real power in every gear instead of only 1-3 when it started to get hot 235+ and pulling all of the power. My AC works and my IATS are about 1/2 of where I was before. It was far from cheap but after everything I did and other shops did the only thing that fixed it was this set up from Horsepower Solutions. I will try to get some pics and videos of the set up this week to post. it was a very long and expensive road but at least I have a big HP street car that has AC and can sit in traffic without melting ****.
