D1sc with shot ! Help
So i have ls3 376 with piston and rod 10.2:1 , the mods is cam bolts on with stock heads and manifold and i decied To get 850-870 rwhp , now its 710 rwhp 640 rwtq @11 psi with 6 rib , and icant get more boost and hp because i max my d1sc 61500 impeller rpm , so if i want to switch to f1x i must switch to 8 rib because i did researchs and found that i cant go with 800-870 without slip! Now i decied to spray 100-125 to save money better than switch to 8 rib and f1x , so what advise must i keep in mined before begain ?

It should be maxed already. What pulley setup are you running? Mine made 780 with a 4.25 before I did the switch to e85 put a 3.85 on it.
If you go F1X I wouldn't even bother with 8 rib and I'd go straight to 10 rib. If that's the plan don't even bother with the nitrous. It may seem cheap initially but it will add up quick.

D1 with nitrous is a fun setup. For what it's worth I had 8 rib setup with a 3.55 blower pulley with a 8 inch crank pulley and it made 830 on e85. With a 100 shot it made 950.

blower pulley is 3.4 with stock crank pulley 7.5 , and i will not go with f1x head unit because it will need 8-10 rib and they will cost me too much (head unit+10rib= $$ ) but if will go with n2o it will cost me 300-350 dollar for used kit .

Nice so that iam thinking to go with 125 shot with my 6rib but the question is they will be slip with shot or not ? Now no slipage !

It's probably slipping now cause with the 4.25 pulley I was seeing 11.3psi with the 6 rib setup. Mine wasn't slipping but if you're running a 3.4 and only making 710 something is off. You should be using 8 rib anyway especially if you don't have a direct drive.

stock crank pulley? When I had a D1 i used a 8 inch crank and 3.55 blower pulley and it made 16psi. Also on a LS3. I would suggest going with a 8 or 10 rib setup and then spray it.

Actually its depend on CR to get the psi , the stock ls3 piston with stock heads with stock head gasket will give 10.5:1 , my piston dished little to 10.2:1 i think its a reason put me 11-12 psi when my d1 maxed (7.5 +3.4)= 61500 rpm

anything is possible and maybe the belt isn't slipping but lots and lots of people have made over 700whp on max'd out D1SC so there is a lot left in your current combo, like >100whp with nothing else than working on what is there. I'm all for spraying stuff and I'm sure would be fun to spray it but I'd think the easy thing to do is figure out why you're like 80-110whp lower than other max'd out D1 setups.

Melting Slicks
Running a D1sc on my forged 347 with 8in crank, 4.25 pulley, DP big mouth intake made 15psi and made 715/605 on a stingy Dyno. From what I've seen I can go down to a 3.6 pulley to max it out (need more fuel first). Likely be 20 psi at that point which is a bit scary but ls9 head gaskets and arp studs should keep me in check. Btw I'm running 6 rib as well but have the flip drive with no slip.
I think you should be making a bit more?
