Default RecMech LSX427 F1x standing mile build

After pouring over other build threads for info putting mine together, I figured I would return the favor..

2006 Base model C6. Went to Loring Maine standing 1.5 mile in 2014 and got hooked. Car ran 163 mile and 175.5 in the 1.5 mile all day long. Sold the long block and many other parts and started ordering.

Basics:
LME built LSX block, 427ci, 10:1, wet sump. Accusump accumulator.
All Pro 12-4 heads, CNC by LME. Low lash solid roller. Crower rockers.
ECS 10 rib F1x with cogged direct drive. 8" IW balancer.
Fore triple pump setup.
ProEFI w/ Logger Display.
Tuned by Granite State Dyno.
RPM TR6060 with ZR1 5th and 6th gears. RPM ZR1 rear. MGW Shifter.
Ridetech coilovers and front sway bar.
Cage and chute mount by Delaware Chassis Works.
Chiseled Performance Air to water and tank.
Deleted HVAC, stereo, airbags, evap.
CCW wheels, Hoosier R7's.

Here is the car as of now, still unfinished but on the track for testing..

I will go back to the beginning... First I built jack stands to work off of.. Then realized I needed them taller, so i added some additional structure below..

Basically a stock LS2 with a cage..

Ls7 intake and throttle body. Nasty fuel rails. Id2000 injectors. All plumbing is Startlite hose and fittings.

Test fit the F1x and Meziere pump.

Accusump for a little safety (fill and gauge have since been moved up to the engine compartment.

Fire suppression. I have a 10lb Firefox system, 2 nozzles under the dash, 2 under the hood. I did move the ones under the hood lower down.

holy ish. sub'd for some insanity. Can't imagine standing on a f1x 427LSX setup for 1.5 mile straight.

I remember talking to a 1500whp supra who was doing TX mile and he said removing his side mirrors gained him almost 3mph. for whatever that's worth.

..and just imagine how TOUGH it is for supercharged LS engine.

Seven seconds at dyno is nowhere as tough. In fact, it's like a joke from a reliability point of view.

this is going to be crazy, I heard some of the 900whp ford GTs were hitting something like 220mph in the Mojave Magnum 1/5 mile event. with F1x this should be wayy more than 900whp....in for some vids of runs too.

Shipped the car down just to have the cage done. This was one of the only things I wasn't comfortable doing myself.
