ECS Novi 1500 - Stock Cam, Bolts Ons, E85 (11' GS Auto)
I removed the restrictor and the car made 708/637 on the final pull after making 698/650 on the previous pull. It was 98° in the shop and IATs were obviously high. There was some belt slip noticed near redline, so a direct drive system is also in order. I'll also have to go back for my GSpeed Belt Guard. I don't want to replace or repaint my hood because of a snapped belt.
James Karger (Calibrated by Karger/LStuner.com) built an awesome foundation with the initial tune. Louis and the team at G-Speed did a phenomenal job on the build and final tune. I'm very happy with the car as it sits.
Mods:
LG Super Pro Headers
ECS Novi 1500 (6 rib)
Innovators West 10 rib 10% OD balancer
FIC LS9 injectors (resized to 108lb/hr)
ECS Fuel Block
ECS Fuel T (tie in)
Secondary Bosch 044 fuel pump
-08AN Fuel Line
TR7-IX plugs
GM Flex sensor
O'Reilly's RV transmission cooler w/ Spal fan
Here are the runs during the tune:
I'll have the graphs up later, this is all I had on my phone. I figure it's not bad for a stock cammed auto.
p.s.
Shout out to Doug and Chris at ECS for putting up with my emails and calls. Great customer service guys.

Any idea what AFR it was running (or lambda would really be a better unit..) and how much timing?

The car has so much left in it, I can't wait to put some more $$$ into it.

The shop used my car to complete mock up for the 1500 folks. I'll have pics of my belt guard shortly.

Awesome results MBB. Still wish i could have made your event in Dallas but it just didn't work out.
Have a couple questions about your setup, i am about to do something very similar.
1) Are you using the stock feed line as the return?
2) Are you running the stock fuel pump?
3) Did you add any of the regulator block offs?
thanks,

Actually, we used the ECS fuel plate, and fed the Bosch pump to the back of the rail. There's no regulator, and no return, just a -8feed separate from the factory feed, activated at 3psi.
We didn't put a fuel pressure gauge on it, but PE was flat, and the MAF curve was reasonable,
So I have a good feeling that it's not starving. We are out of injector however, 88% idc @6500. No meth will do that on e85.

How do you tee it into the rail?
I'm thinking of ordering an ECS Stage 1 fuel system myself and was wondering if anyone was doing something like that.
Nice numbers! The highest I've seen from a stock cammed A6.
That thing must feel pretty awesome!
