@16psi, it made 1220/1100, and carries to 7k.

Build looks good! Can't wait to see it completed!
That's pretty amazing. I would like to see the graph and or log.
My 62mm with a small turbine made full boost in that same area.

I'm only going to make as much power as I can use. I don't think it's anywhere close to 2000 even.
I'll turn it up on the Dyno just to see the diminishing return point for boost though.

Hi Everyone,

Just a quick update. I finally got all the can bus communications in the car completed. Big thanks to my friend over and Obsidian Motorsport!! He spend over 8 hours programming all the can bus and display data to work. It wasn't an easy task getting AEMnet (29bit can bus) and MSCan(11 bit can bus) to talk to each other and work properly!

Now my ecu and CAN system can transmit/receive all the individual cylinder O2 and EGT data. The Motec dash is going to look sick once it's mounted in place.

First startup with the can bus working and Motec dash readout:

After working with the tune and getting closed loop feedback setup for the individual cylinder control. This is a 840rpm idle on decent size turbo cam. I think I can get the car to idle as low as 750rpm smoothly. It's amazing how smooth the car is with this much control!

I'll update again in a week(ish) when I put the car on the dyno and breakin the engine.

Hi Everyone,

A brief update on the progress of the car.
The 6870 Turbos are doing work. So far I have been able to make 1312whp at only 20lbs of boost. At this point the car is picking up almost 50hp per 1psi of boost!

I will post up some dyno graphs tomorrow and some more videos in a week or two but so far it is exactly what I hoped it would be.

Here is a short in car video at 15lbs of boost. Don't mind the date stamp in the video. haha. I was too lazy to fix the date/time on the camera before getting started.

I will leave the car at this setting until I get some more seat time. Sometime in the Fall I will turn it up to 1500-1700hp range and give it hell.

The data is nice but a lot to sort and adjust for.

SO far it is working better than stock. High speed pulls in the half mile still have to be proven before I can say for sure but so far so good. Even in 95 degree humid days temps never go over 210.

That is awesome. I guess it's getting plenty of cool air back there vs. being stuffed in with everything else up front.

I just finished up my (8) EGTs, (2) IAT, and (2) O2 to ProEFI.. You are right, lots of data to go thru, and alarms to set up and manage. Definitely worth it though.

Great build, I am subscribed

Sneak Peak of the power at 20psi. Still cleaning up a few things with timing but she is strong.

What are the engine water temps like with the rear mounted radiator? Cracking setup and looks very promising! Can't wait to see the final results.

sweet mother of god.

love the rear mount radiator. I envy how the 911s hook up on the street and would be great to move more weight back there and also unclutter the front.

Cool build!

What headers?

What are you using for boost control? I don't see any waste gates.
