Qs About Dashlogic/HUD/Wideband
In an FI application using Dashlogic:
1. Does the AFR and other data project on a factory HUD?
2. What wideband are you using?
3. Assume the WB is installed in an added on Exhaust bung on the driver's side, before the O2 sensor? Or where is the best place?
4. Does the WB connect via one of the 0-5vs on Dashlogic?
Thanks,

Yes
AEM 30-0333 with wires added for analog out (isn't pinned by default on this particular model, uses an OBD/CAN output that connects to HPT really easily normally)
Driver side, pre cats, near factory O2 sensor. Had a bung added, $40 and half hour at exhaust shop
Yes, 0-5V out from WB controller connects to 0-5V in on dash logic

Yes, AFR can be on the hud, or dic or niether, just tell the dashlogic what you want. You get to setup 8 pages of displays.
AEM failsafe, analog into dashlogic.
In the extra o2 sensor bung on the ARH headers. Most aftermarket headers come with a specific spot for a wideband.

It can show whatever you want if you can do math. You have to setup the formula for turning 0-5V into AFR or lambda or % error or whatever you want.. if you can come up with a formula it can display it

I have a feeling I'm really going to like Dashlogic.

It will also control your NPP exhaust valves if your car has it. Uses the mirror selector switch (Left, off, right) for the different modes. You can toggle the NPP/Dual Mode Exhaust between Open (loud), Closed (quiet) & standard OEM function.

Actual vs calculated. Dash logic only has access to calculated, dic is wired to actual sensor

I've worked with the Dashlogic now for a couple of days. All I can say is...WOW... It's like a candyland. I had to stop playing with it so I could get my exhaust down to weld the WB bung in. That's at the welders, and my wideband should be here first of next week.
A couple of questions:
With 3 profiles x 8 pages on the DL, can you guys share some ideas how you are laying out the profiles and pages? Don't want to reinvent the wheel if the experts out there have come up with great layouts. I'm guessing you probably set up one slick profile and stay on that one?
Where are you going through the firewall with the WB harness?
Thanks, as always!
