Wish I'd known this. I've thrown dozens away, as I'm sure others have to.

This is the 2 bar sensor I'm running now
There's a thread on here somewhere that shows you how to make a 2.5 bar sensor if you really really need one.
It's a PITA and I can see why it would be tough to make money at the price they were charging.

Cobalt SS 2 bar sensor

OK so from quick google that's part number 12615136 and this is 2 bar map sensors from a SS cobalt
Quick call to A&A, and they confirmed that GM part number 12615136 is a 2 bar sensor that will plug directly into LS7 intake, and into factory wiring harness of a 2007 Z06. (Posting so anyone who comes searching later can read the info.)

Yep, that's the one I'm running.
Works on LS2 manifold/ECM's as well. Plug and play, no issues with settings needed in the tune, etc.

I do some shearch, I'm going to put a ZR1 map sensor on my 08 Z06 , I'm aware I need to enlarge the hole on the stock LS7 intake, but do I need to change the plug or the LS7 wiring is plug and play into the ZR1 map?
Thanks
Thanks

Yes, plug is different, wiring is different, and tune needs to be adjusted as well.

Old thread bump but it seems that cobalt 2 bar map has been replaced with 19418810. Has anyone tried this sensor? Does it tune like the old 2 bar sensor??

Haven't tried it but if it's a direct replacement I'm sure it's the same. If baro looks right when logging then I'd go with it, should be the same linear/offset.

Yeah according to summit and a few GMparts site that is the replacement PN. It shows as a 2bar sensor for the cobalt SS but wasn’t sure if there’s any information on it.
