1300s it is.

Decided I'll go with the Alky Control but I need to get this one apart and see if I can reuse these stainless nozzles and fittings. I'm being picky but I don't care for the Alky brass fittings in the engine bay. Trying to stay with a black and stainless theme in the engine bay.

I've seen everything from covering the lines with something like tech flex to just using a black sharpie on the brass ends. There is a reason Alky control uses brass

Other than the blower, those brass fittings, and few misc things everything else is black in my engine bay. I though about doing something with them and I still might just haven't go around to it since it's no big deal.

Looks nice, yeah I dunno maybe sharpie them and see how it looks. I put the nozzle on the bottom of the tube and covered it up with black tubing so it's not very noticeable now

Looks sharp Detoxx. Fuel rail setup is nice too, a little different

What nozzles are you running?

There is two FIC's. Clinic and Connection. I had the latter and didn't have any issues but I like my ID's a lot more though.

Local guy to us has been testing them and the FIC's he had were total junk and hes done a few. Heres a video to some testing where they fail at high fuel pressure.

ID's are good and FID's are the best!

Well this is on a bench just firing injectors, no safety features. He takes all the injectors he flows to 80psi, these started failing at 50 psi and all failed by 60psi.

ID and FID are the best IMO. I used ID when I built a 1.8t jetta when I was 17 that spun ran 26psi. The injectors were amazing.

I've never used FID so can't say much about them. I went from 60# to ID1000's and it drove better, fuel trims were close bank to bank, etc. It was an obvious difference.

Tuned a stock engine twin turbo LS3 with ID1700's and it idled just fine.. I doubt there are many (if any) other injectors in that size range that could do that

I built a twin turbo LSx C3 and I used standard bosch 210lb injectors. The thing idled at 800rpm easily on a big custom cam.

Injectors aren't that hard, most mod the bosch which I proved is already awesome, some just mess it up

No real updates to make yet. Engine has been at LME two weeks today so hopefully they've started on it... It's been 3 weeks since I ordered my Mantic and it hasn't showed up yet.

In the mean time I got the old meth setup removed and started on the Alky Control install. Also got some of my carbon fiber pieces in today..

Anyone want an AIS kit?

Alky Kit going on

Side Skirts came in. Spoiler should be a week behind.
