Default Build 3.0 boosted hits puberty

Well.. I'm looking to upgrade fuel, trans and blower soon.. i need some input on what parts to buy, the direction I'm going and would like to hear some feedback. I will be mostly roll racing and some drag racing but not trying to cut 1.3 60s, some no prep events as well.
its a rod and piston swap LS3 with stock heads, boost cam, upgraded oil pump, BTR valvetrain. Motor was completely rebuilt and cleaned up with callies rods and wiseco pistons, and all arp hardware.
A&A Si trim blower on 3.4" pulley ~12 psi
60# injectors
stock fuel pump with BAP
RXT clutch/flywheel
RPM lvl 3 diff
stock tr6060 trans
Alky meth kit w/ dual nozzle
trans/diff brace
stock intake
1 7/8" headers/OR mid pipe

Blower swap: My plan is to take off the blower and bracket and swap it with an F1C with a DP flip drive. I have a procharger bracket and a DP flip drive coming in this week. Ill just need a balancer to go with the flip drive. Ill be keeping the intercooler, its the same one they use on the YSI, so im guessing itll be enough for the F1c
Will the procharger, bracket and flip drive work with the A&A plumbing? it is the 4" charge pipe.

Fuel: I havent decided on fuel just yet. A friend was recommending a walbro 450 in tank pump (since trans will be out anyway) and add an external pump like a Bosche 044 IF i was going to run E85, and didnt want to buy the triple in tank pump system. then add lines, regulator, Flex fuel (if e85), fittings etc. looking into the ID1700 for an injector.
I'm still torn on fuel, i may stay on 93/meth bc the nearest station is >100 miles away.

Trans: its still just a stock tr6060, it needs to be rebuilt, its been having issues so no real power will be put to this until this is at the least rebuilt. i was originally looking into the RPM lvl 6 with upgrading the ouput shaft to 31 spline, still might go that route but it will probably be double the price, is the 31spline really worth it? how often does a 26 spline break?

driveline: is the prop shaft something i should consider? i see the 3.5" aluminum prop shaft, what are yalls thoughts on that?

radiator and cooling: still stock rad, with the new blower, will i need to get a dropped dewitts to make room for a inlet?

If im overlooking something, let me know. I'm not shooting for a hp number, ive seen what these blowers can make, it being on stock heads will limit how much boost i can run.

Only need drop dewitts if you want a 4" inlet to blower.
Prop shaft is a good idea. I run the DSS 3.5" with poly couplers. Need the couplers for sure IMO.

I broke a 26 spline. Upgraded it to a 30 spline. Fuel system I went with ID1300s, Fore triple with AEM 50-1200s, and a DSX flex fuel kit.

Thanks detoxx, I've followed your car for a few years. I'd like to do the triple in tank, but I'd rather just do an external along with an upgraded in tank for way less. I guess I just can't justify it.

I have a question for you Vette4mud. I'm considering doing what you did with your engine as far as rods and pistons only. My question is if your block was bored to 4.070 and what piston part number did you use? Compression? What about the rods?

Sorry that I have questions for you instead of providing advice since I'm just curious.

If I ever did a built engine that's exactly what I would do too, just because I'm cheap and not going for 1000+rwhp. Throw some decent rods/pistons/bolts at it and be done.. crank will be fine if you're not going nuts

Piston set is Wiseco -3.2cc 4.070" P/N K398X7
It's about 10.3:1
Rods are 6.125 Callie's compstar

Those pistons are exactly what I had in mind. I may use a different set of rods though since the compstar seems to me the typical rebadged H beam rods.

There are better sets for sure, but for what I'm doing they're plenty.

Actually, I'm thinking the Eagle or Scat brands which are slightly cheaper than the Compstars.

Wouldn't do eagle, quality isn't near what it used to be.

I snapped my 26 spline in half from a roll in 2nd at 700whp. It's just a weak part if you are upgrading please get rid of it.

Thanks, I didn't realize it was that weak. What is your setup? I'm thinking about letting futral tune this build, Justin's been helping me with some of the details. What's your experience with them?

Yeah Allan upgraded my trans but my diff had more damage than just the output shaft so RPM upgraded it. I should be picking my car up later this week or next week.

Yea well mine needs to be fixed, not just swapping the shaft, but I'm sure it's still a lot cheaper.

My next question is, what about the stock ls3 heads? What kind of HP or psi can they handle before you need to go to a thicker deck head?
