Wow, nice! Is the 9.5:1 lower than stock? If so, why?
Nice job

Yes it is. Mainly because Centrifugal blowers work well with lower compression then a PD blower and this is just a pump and meth engine. No E85 or race gas.

Holy hell, 14psi on what pulley? I just went down from a 3.8 to a 3.125 and I made ~700 on 6-7psi(on the 3.8) I have no clue what I'm gonna make now.

This is a 2.85 with an 8" lower, flip drive 8 rib setup. Engine is not a stock LS7 though. That pulley combo would make a lot of boost on a smaller motor.

Yea I'm kind of worried now, it's just a ls2 with 317 heads for lowered compression. Might go back to the 3.47

v7 with 10% OD lower and I have a 3.125, 3.47 and a 3.8 for uppers. I've only had the 3.8 on there as I'm fixing a bent valve/broken spring right now.

If you have the fuel on a 10.0:1 LS2 I would run a 3.47/8.0 to start. That will be about 10,000 rpm below the V7 limit. I would expect that pulley combo to make 16 psi or so.
