Default ISSUE: Miles per tank with A&A Si-Trim

I recently put an A&A V3 si-trim on a stock LS2 m6. i had it tuned almost in the dead of winter. ive been driving it for about 4 months an i like it, but im barely getting 230 miles out of a full tank of gas. I have driven it very calmly many times to test it, and i have found that nothing makes a difference. I do quite a bit of free way driving too and im getting about 15 mpg. My other friend in TT and is getting 18mpg. Any ideas on what it is or how to fix this?

Its probably in your tune. When I installed my ECS kit, I really didn't see a difference in MPG when driving the car easy. TTs are much more efficient on the engine, hence a difference.

Displayed on DIC or calculated by hand? Once you swap injectors the DIC calc is typically way off.

Assuming it is real, it is in the tune. Probably PE engaging way too early.

I just checked mine on E85 ad it was 13mpg at 78%. I filled it up with 93 to see how it ran and how it felt. Also to see if the MPG changes.

im getting 20-22 mpg on 91 and about 16-18 on E85 with a 2005 A&A v3-T M6...

Display is reading pretty close to double what hand calc is... 127lb(1300cc) injectors

Display can be adjusted to read properly in the tune.

I get in the 15-16 range on E85.

You (or whoever is tuning it) can change one of the fuel density tables to correct the DIC if you want it right. Takes some messing with to get right but no reason it can't be

We typically see stock like mpg after installing an A&A SC kit. If you are calculating at the pump, then it's probably something in the tune causing the drop in cruising mpg.
