So here's my dilemma.....have an 09 z06..lsx 434 , procharger f1r, converted 4l60.....now what to use for management? Proefi , haltech, or efi live with a seperate transmission controller...any input greatly appreciated.

Not EFI live

Haltech is simple but will wreck your motor, atleast it did to mine

Proefi is nice but hard to use, like 10 options to set the idle and not a lot of people in the country can use it

Holley and motec seem to be popular but Ive never used

I believe the holey and motech are more of a race platform. Im still trying to keep all the dash functions.

It was running lean and didnt cut back timing. Was hitting 13.1 AFR in 5th then the heads lifted. I did like how simple the interface was, I feel like im prepping a space shuttle every time I log into ProEFI

Gotcha. That does suck... figured it'd be more responsive than that given the whole wideband O2 sensor thing.

I thought Fran had used the Holley setup and kept the factory dash but could be mistaken.

I have been very happy with the ProEFI and factory dash integration. I am manual, so no experience with their trans controls.
