Default Crank pulley pinning

Hello,

I pinned the crank but the pin is a little loose to where I can pull it out with a magnet. Will this work or do I have to re pin it?

Thanks

As long as it it covering the crank and the pulley it should be fine. You can put some locktite on it to keep it in place if you want otherwise the crank bolt will keep it in place.

If it were me I would go the next size up in drill bits then chop off the solid end of the bit and use it as the pin. Or find a pin in that size.

I'd go with it.

Run it. Its only going to slip that tiny bit before it can't go any further, like a wheel chalk.

We think alike

Although the loose pin will be jammed tight the first time it tries to spin, so that will probably be just fine also.

Or just do this:
