Yeah 10% OD + 3" pulley is too much. Most guys are running 3.25" on stock balancer so I'd ask Doug, but seems like 3.25 on 10% OD would be more than enough IMO.
Otherwise looks good. Might get away without doing all the direct drive and 8 rib stuff as long as you're on the 1500 blower but it certainly won't hurt

Yeah, the 8 rib/direct drive is probably a tad overkill but it's probably money well spent. There's no 3.25" in 8 rib, closest would be a 3.33" which + the 10% OD is probably a bit more than stock balancer + 3.25"

Are you going to use A&A's direct drive setup?
I forget the 6 rib vs. 8 rib size differences. Better do the math to see where you'll end up blower speed wise, that has got to be pushing it pretty close (if not over) the limit. Oil fed unit will probably handle it better so that's a plus

May want to ask the question to others here on which kit to get. I believe the new A&A one is a bit better both belt wrap and tensioner wise, so that may be your better option for that piece of the puzzle.
ECS (I believe) got rid of their cogged version that worked so well due to people not knowing how to tighten a cogged belt properly
But I haven't seriously looked at them in a while so I could be behind the times.

Also a great part list. I have to wait for the car deal to go through and then talk with a few more guys. Want to be around 700-750 RWHP while on the stock bottom end with the option to go bigger in the future (800-850 RWHP) once I build the bottom end.

Agreed that is a great setup too. Only thing I would do is go single nozzle meth instead of dual. Then again adding dual later is just a $40 upgrade.

So in order to go about ordering this setup...I'm guessing the A&A 8 Rib kit is one piece, then you have to a la carte order a ProCharger D1SC head unit with the 3.8"? A&A does "Vortech exclusively" so that's why I'm a bit confused when people say A&A kit and ProCharger at the same time.

Yep, you piece it together.
Cheapest way is to stick with Ti-trim as it will do what you want easy, but some people want to pay $1500-2000 extra for the PC name.

Stock LS3 can do that with right tune and fueling.

My setup is about as small as you could go and im in the low 800 range to the wheels through an auto.
Stock LS3 other than cam and valvetrain
A&A V3Ti
E85
Single meth nozzle
For you i would go with a D1SC, cam, fuel system for e85, ,meth and bolt ons.
