Default ECS 1500 Oil Change

I have had the ECS unit on the car for a about 18 months and want to check/change the oil in the unit. I ordered the oil from Summit and went to remove the allen head bolts on the top of the head unit to check and add new oil. I cannot get either of these bolts to budge. Are there any tricks to getting these to break free??? I even added some vice grips to the end of the allen wrench for extra leverage. Still no dice! At this point I am afraid of cranking any harder on them in fear of stripping out the head of the bolt. Thankfully, I have not yet drained the old oil!!!!

I had a similar problem and used an Allen socket instead of an Allen Key. The Key has to much play.
