I posted up dyno of stock intake

They just started install yesterday and i was told dyno will be Monday most likely.

da is like 7400 i think he said. I'll get all exact numbers and data later

We keep having requests for Billet Intake Manifold so started the conceptual work.

have 1 order for tall deck ls7 billet intake right now so they will be first to roll out followed by ls7 standard deck and ltx direct inject and ls3.

Runners are adjustable from 4" to 7" with 1/2" increments. The taller plenum accepts an upgraded air to water core supporting 3000whp with ease for those really serious people. The taller intake will be right at 10" tall from valley plate while the shorter staying at 8.5"

I'm curious how the stock LS3 intake compares to your 5" and 6" versions....

We have tested this on a C7 and well, I think he is going sell a lot of intakes.

The other aluminum intake we have tried on the C7 lost a considerable amount of power so my expectations were low honestly, but we were happily surprised.

I would like to let everyone know that right now I'm quoting intakes at 4-8 weeks out.

We are growing exponentially over here and doing all we can to stay infront of the orders but they keep coming almost everyday. A good problem to have hahah

The intakes we can generally produce and ship within 2-3 weeks
Coyote
LTx
and after this weeks run of Cath and LS3 those also should be on the list (has taken about 3 weeks working out all ls3/cath kinks and getting fixtures in order)

Laser shop will have 4x Cath Vette 2.0 and 4x LS3 Vette ready for pickup this week (both feature a plenum at 7.5" tall from valley plate and a 6" long runner with cnc vstacks)

LS7 we are working to be ready to ship in Decemeber. We have orders for ls7 standard and ls7 tall deck with LS7 Tall deck going to be our first 100% billet to release as well followed by ls7 standard and ltx

Our billets will be modular intakes meaning that you can tune them to your engines needs and specs at your own free will. The shortest runner length that can be ran is 4" and it can be extended out to 7.5" in 1/2" increments with our vstack spacers. Will be a shorty plenum design that is 8.5" tall from valley plate and a taller at 10.5" from valley plate. The taller version will be upgradable in the future to add a 3000hp air to water core in the middle of it by just bolting it in.

If there genuinely proves to be good benefits, I'd be very interested too.

Out of interest...TB flange placement. In relation to say a factory intake, where is this ?

Is it further forward or more rearwards than stock ? Or just the same ?

Cool piece.....

Are these intended to be more race than street mannered...etc ?

So...are these built to order ?

Have some very technical questions for you....if you don't mind fielding them.

Thanks...

I'm interested in a Billet LS7 manifold. Is there a group buy for a billet manifold? I have a standard deck LS7, 454, around 700rwhp NA, currently with a Mamo ported MSD but I'm guessing it is begging for more intake manifold/TB.

That adjustable runner length is a game changer. Very cool design.

Billet setup is nice, but will that fit under a corvette hood?

I'm guessing the "low" billet model would fit under a whipple type hood. I still have a stock hood, I don't mind changing to an aftermarket one. The price for these intakes is very competitive, really helps the cost of an aftermarket hood in my case if I go with one. This intake really checks all the boxes though, just really cool.

But all still waiting for the mystical tick box....that is the evidence they work in terms of improving performance over others including stock.

Looking pretty is one thing, and there's no question they do that....but performance ?

no price on billet one and $1600ish for sheet metal is decent but not amazing or anything.

I was mostly commenting on the billet pricing. Yeah, sheetmetal prices seem ok. The introductory pricing is better. I think the billet willl come in a thousand or more less than the competition from what I have heard, which would be awesome, especially given the options avail, etc.

when it is closer to release I will do a group buy on the billets, I'm aiming for a price right at 3k on them

When metal starts flying in the cnc I'll be getting some real pricing together on it, I gaurantee I'll have the best price with the most to offer out there though

There will also be billet bank/sheet plenum hybrids for a discounted price

the shorter version is 8.5" from valley plate

This will not clear oem hood to my knowledge.
I'm designing these to be hands down the best intake for every setup being that they are fully tunable to your engines needs.

Just a couple of screws and the plenum top pops off, then you can adjust runner length as neccessary to dial your setup in for perfection.

All current billet manifolds out there (to my knowledge) have a runner length of 4" or less. This shifts peak trq way out of any realm of a realistic powerband (unless your revving to 10-11k rpm).

Our runners will be 4" at shortest or 7.5" at longest, they use a modular runner inside the plenum that is adjustable in 1/2" increments. Just unscrew the vstack plate and pop a couple extenders out then rescrew down.
